Speedweek is a compressed block of race nights run at several different tracks in one region under one series banner. More than one series runs an event called Speedweek, so the name alone does not fix the dates.
Ask which one. The All Star Circuit of Champions runs Ohio Sprint Speedweek, the 44th annual in 2026, with rounds at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio on June 15 and Waynesfield Raceway Park on June 18. Lernerville Speedway’s 2026 schedule carries a separate “Western PA Sprint Speedweek” round on May 29 — a different Speedweek, in a different month, published on a single track’s own schedule. Not every compressed block uses the word: DIRTcar Nationals bills February 4-20, 2027 at Volusia Speedway Park as “a three-week extravaganza” with “15 total nights of racing,” all at a single track. Before you commit tow money and a week off work, confirm which sanction publishes the schedule you are reading and which tracks are actually on it.
A Speedweek is several tow bills, several entry fees and several nights of motel money stacked back to back, so it belongs on the calendar and the budget as one block rather than as separate race nights.
