Back up and move to a new phone

Needs signal. 3 steps. Read all of it before you start.

  1. On the old phone, open the menu drawer, tap your name, then Log out of RacerRX and Log Out. Do it with signal: that's when RacerRX backs up.
  2. Wait for Syncing Data to finish.
  3. Install RacerRX on the new phone and sign in with the same account. It restores your backup on its own and replaces whatever is on that phone; it doesn't merge, and there's no undo.

Then check your cars and last race day, and race with the new phone only. Setups don't sync between phones, and the last phone to sign out overwrites the backup.

Delete your account

  1. Go to the account deletion page and fill in the form.
  2. RacerRX, RaceNight and RacePrep share one account. Deleting one deletes all three, with every setup in them.
  3. Cancel your subscription in your app store too. Deleting the account doesn't stop billing.
